Our Mary D inspector examines every component: shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit intake, decking condition from the attic side. We share photos on the spot and give you an honest assessment.
Written Estimate

Installation Day
Crew arrives at 7 AM with all materials pre-staged. Tarps go down to protect landscaping. Old roof comes off, decking gets inspected and repaired as needed, and the new system goes on layer by layer. Most Mary D homes finished in one day.
Warranty Activation
Our project manager inspects the finished roof against the manufacturer checklist. You get a written workmanship warranty from Mary D Roofing & Maintenance plus the manufacturer warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
